We act as a travel facilitator and intermediary between you and various service providers including hotels, transport operators, and local guides. While we carefully select our partners, final service delivery is subject to third-party availability and performance.

Inquiry Process: All bookings begin with an inquiry through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp. Our team will provide a detailed itinerary and quotation based on your requirements.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after: - Written confirmation from India Tour Traveller - Receipt of the agreed advance payment - Issuance of a booking confirmation number

Customization: We offer flexibility to customize any tour package. Changes requested after booking confirmation may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Group Bookings: For group bookings of 10 or more travelers, special terms and pricing may apply. Please contact our team for group booking inquiries.

Cancellation by Customer: - 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees (5%) - 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund - 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund - Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by India Tour Traveller: In rare circumstances where we must cancel a tour, you will receive: - A full 100% refund of all payments made - Alternative tour options at comparable value (where available)

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, political unrest, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future travel.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days to the original payment method.

No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure point without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

Passport & Visa: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure valid travel documents: - A passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry into India - An appropriate Indian visa (tourist visa, e-visa, or visa on arrival as applicable) - Any transit visas required for connecting flights

India Tour Traveller is not responsible for denied entry or deportation due to inadequate travel documents.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering: - Trip cancellation and interruption - Medical emergencies and evacuation - Lost or delayed baggage - Personal liability

Health Requirements: - Consult your physician before traveling to India - Carry required medications with valid prescriptions - No mandatory vaccinations are required for India, but we recommend consulting your doctor about recommended vaccinations - Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements in advance

Payment Terms: - Advance payment: 30% of total cost at the time of booking - Balance payment: Remaining 70% at least 15 days before departure - Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods

Currency Fluctuation: For international bookings quoted in foreign currency, prices may be adjusted if there is a significant currency fluctuation (more than 5%) between quotation and final payment dates.

Limitation of Liability: India Tour Traveller acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We shall not be held liable for: - Actions, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators) - Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel - Injury, illness, or death arising from travel activities - Delays or changes caused by weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseeable events

Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific tour package.
